Bretinov is a French company which since 2013, designs, manufactures and installs special machines for the food industry.
Bretinov’s story is based on the perseverance and legendary seriousness of the Bretons.
Indeed, Pierre Auffret, with a wealth of experience in the industry, decides to design, following numerous requests, a machine capable of producing Vietnamese spring rolls without manual intervention.
An internal CAO team takes over the project to draw in 3D every detail of the different machines.
All digitized parts are produced either in Bretinov workshops or as a subcontractor using modern and efficient machines.
The manual welding, finishing and assembly work is carried out by the same internal staff who will come to install the machine on your production site.
Finally, we ensure the transfer of know-how to your operators and maintenance technicians.

Based in France, in Trégunc in Finistère, our location brings together all the charms of Brittany; white sand beaches, protected natural area, old stone hamlets and menhirs.
The proximity of the port of Concarneau gives us access to a full range of skills and industrial tools.

The Bretinov design office, with its 3 CAD designers, allows us to design and model your machines.
Our design office can also offer you factory locations to organize your production space.
Machining
Bretinov is equipped with a CNC lathe and a conventional lathe, and produces your components with precision.
We can subcontract all your machining work.
Welding
The large Bretinov welding workshop, as well as the sanding and finishing room, allows us to produce quality stainless steel frames and parts.

Press brake
We are equipped with a 170t press brake to produce our frames as well as the parts that make up our machines.
The mastery of folding is essential to the manufacturing precision of our machines, to ensure optimal and durable operation.
Assembly and automation
The assembly of all our lines is carried out in-house. Our experts assemble and wire your machines for an uncompromising result.
Our electrical assemblies and programming are carried out by Bretinov technicians.
Each line is adjusted and tested in our workshop before delivery.
Maintenance & After-sales
Our technician travels on site to ensure the maintenance of machines in service, as well as emergency repairs.
Our stock of spare parts is sized to guarantee you a fast supply.
