Designed to work with a traditional doughnut foot, the enrober and fryer follow the ancestral recipe to produce high-quality food.
CONSTANT COATING
Our brand new doughnut batter pump ensures consistent coating of the shrimp while preserving the properties of the product.
DEEP FRYER WITH COOKING CIRCUIT
This compact fryer has been specially designed to produce prawn fritters. Its circuit is made up of 5 independent modules, so you can set the cooking time precisely.
ENERGY AND OIL SAVINGS
Our compact fryer uses less than 200 litres of oil. This small amount of oil requires fewer calories to stay hot, which greatly reduces energy and oil consumption.
1 SINGLE OPERATOR
The operator places the prawns on the enrober's turntable.
4000 DOUGHNUTS PER HOUR
The shrimp fritters process can produce up to 4,000 units per hour.
ERGONOMICS
From the shrimp reserve, the operator arranges the shrimp on a rotating tray, synchronized with the coating tongs.
The center of the tray remains stationary for the operator's visual comfort. The touch screen of the automation system allows for the adjustment of production parameters without changing posture.
Shrimp supply is ensured through a side bin that offers a high loading capacity.

EASE OF CLEANING
Both the coating machine and the fryer can be disassembled without the need for tools, making cleaning a straightforward process.
